Lark Group is available for new projects

The architects João de Carvalho Ferreira and Rui Pinto head the Lark Group, a network of professional offices with several branches in mainland Portugal, and manage the famous Lark Worldwide Services brand. Founded in Portugal in 2007, this company has a multidisciplinary team that has managed to accomplish more than 1,754 projects since its creation. They offer their clients highly competent and specialised services in the fields of architecture, engineering and urban planning.

Together with their collaborators, the portfolio of this network includes projects from commercial and tourist buildings as well as the construction of collective and single-family homes. The main goal of the Lark Group is to support the client throughout the project in order to guarantee maximum satisfaction. The work of Lark Worldwide Services is to build the future and restore the past, thus imagining architectural structures for single-family housing, collective, commercial, industrial, health and other purposes in order to provide comfortable and practical buildings for their clients.

Their portfolio of work is extremely vast in quantity as well as diversity, and encompasses the work from its numerous offices located in Caldas da Rainha, Lisbon, Lagoa and Albufeira. Their experience includes more than one thousand urban development projects on a national level, which includes working with the country’s more than 28 municipalities.

The multidisciplinary team of more than 27 professionals that work in the numerous Lark offices offer their unique expertise and professional experience in areas such as architecture, landscaping, interiors, engineering, topography and more, in order to complete projects entirely in-house. The most notable advantage of being a part of the same team is the coordination and communication that occur during projects, and between specialties, as well as providing everything a client needs to complete a project, from the first step all the way to the last.

The harmony and connection between the different aesthetic and technical aspects in the design of a project helps to improve the quality of their work. Their goal is also to use this collaboration in order minimize the different challenges that can arise. They always make sure to prioritise making each project unique by listening attentively to the needs and expectations of their clients.

Their network of professional offices and their team provide a standard of work that is constantly growing to include the best possible service and experience. Thanks to their team of professionals, they are able to offer innovative solutions to their clients.
