FSIMÕES Arquitectos Associados is an architecture firm located in Lisbon. Founded in 2008 by architect Francisco Simões, the studio is composed of a team of skilled experts specialised in different areas.
This studio develops ideas and projects not only in the field of architecture but also in the design and urbanism sectors. They offer a wide range of services from permits, design and building plans to bills of quantities, invitations to tender, building regulations, work monitoring and supervision, cost control, safety coordination on site and carrying out administrative procedures required by local governments.
The studio also coordinates a team of expert designers who develop water and sewage systems, Telecommunications Infrastructure in Buildings (ITED), structural stability, electricity, indoor climate control systems, excavation and peripheral containment, thermal and acoustic engineering, fire safety and landscape design.
